Through compassionate communication, you will learn to hold space for your growth, your pain, and your healing, allowing you to relate with dignity and integrity, no matter the circumstance.

Here’s what we’ll cover in class:

Session #1: Be Your Best SELF – Embrace Compassionate Self-Care

Imagine a version of yourself that feels deeply at peace, effortlessly calm, and truly connected to yourself and others. Together, we’ll explore how practicing gentle self-compassion can create transformative shifts in your life. 

Session #2: Let Go of Limiting Beliefs – See the World with Fresh Eyes 

Imagine the freedom of releasing old stories and judgments, and seeing yourself and others through fresh, compassionate eyes. In this session, we’ll explore how freeing it can feel to open up to new perspectives. 

Session #3: Unburden Pain from the Past – Step into Healing

This session invites you to release old pain that’s been holding you back, creating a safe space where you can bring your best SELF into every relationship.

Session #4: Relate from Your Heart – Cultivate Empathy, Forgiveness, and Joy 

In this final session, we’ll explore how to bring your highest self into each connection, creating deeper, more fulfilling relationships. You’ll learn to set boundaries with love, stay centered, and nurture inner peace.

As an Internal Family Systems therapist, mediator, attorney, author, teacher, and spiritual coach— mentored by Richard Schwartz, Deepak Chopra and davidji— I help individuals and couples reconnect with their highest selves, finding relief, forgiveness, and healing in their relationships.
